This cardiovascular workout is based on the training used for boxing. It will involve padwork, shadow boxing, skipping, footwork and abdominal workouts – all focusing on increasing your overall fitness.
Our family bootcamps are based around having FUN and perfect for getting fitter together as a family. It will require teamwork as well as fun competition and will incorporate speed, agility, strength, balance and movement.
Legs Bums Tums
This class targets your glute muscles, thighs and abdominals. Don't be fooled, LBT is a challenging conditioning workout combing both cardio and strength exercises. By isolating each body part it helps to develop tone and definition in all 3 areas. Be prepared to work hard!
